Goods must be checked upon receipt as we will not accept any returns for inccorect, incomplete or damaged parts after 28 days from the receipt date. Any goods simply cancelled will not be accepted back for credit after 7 days from receipt. All returns must be authorised by contacting us through the "Contact Us" function. You must state your advice note number (TS number) and request a returns authorisation. Failure to return goods with the correct authorisation number will result in a credit not being issued. Always ensure returned goods are sent by a recordable method as we will not be held liable for goods lost in transit. We make every effort to ship the correct parts to our customers but on those rare occasions where something is incorrect, incomplete or damaged we will endeavour to rectify the problem as quickly as possible.
